What we can’t control:
We take every measure to troubleshoot orders, however there are some circumstances that are beyond our control:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer and the
approved proof went to print. - Low resolution or poor quality of uploaded images.
- Design errors made by the customer in the print creation process.
- Damage to the materials after delivery to the client.
